The Founder. Estefanía Peynetti

Born in Mexico City, from Italian descent, Chef Estefanía Peynetti always admired the arts and design. After pursuing a career in architecture, she started to devote more time to her true passion, baking, which brought the young creative to Paris where her craft flourished, while attending the renowned Ecole Alain Ducasse.


In 2014 Let them have Cake became a reality in Mexico City.


What started from home, selling cakes and cupcakes her business quickly blossomed, specializing in customized couture wedding cakes.


In 2023, her talent also caught the attention of the Food Network, where she was invited to be a contestant on “The Big Bake” season 4, and won, as she astonished the judges with her delicious edible creations.


Having now moved to Miami, Estefanía decided to bring her business to the sunny state of Florida, while also expanding the business to be an elegant café, where you can have your cake, and eat it too!

Based in Coral Gables, Let Them Have Cake is a boutique cafe, specializing in delectable confections & pastries while also offering a couture cake atelier, creating custom cakes embellished with realistic hand-crafted details to elevate any special occasion.
